Osama Bin Ladin had Strange Looking Shoulders: Obama Death Photo

Check out the strange shoulder form of Osama Bin Ladin from the Osama death photo. There doesn't seem to be any blood in that area showing injury, but the shoulder does appear to be a strangely shaped mass of skin. This photo appears to me to be a fake, as it does with many others, and we may never really know if Osama Bin Ladin truly died since the United States chose to bury him at sea rather than prove his death to the American people.
