Billy Long Starts Education Tour With Visits to Southwest Missouri Schools

Billy Long is still playing it safe. He's keeping away from places where the questions can't be controlled in these final days of the campaign. With a controversy that suggests Billy Long may not be worthy of being a role model to your children, Long embarks on his tour of Southwest Missouri schools today.

My question for Long, as he embarks on this tour is this. If Billy Long believes the federal government needs to get out of the business of education, and he believes Department of Education should be dismantled, based on the fact there is no Constitutional authority for the federal government to get involved in education, why is Billy Long going on an education tour?

This is more of this Billy Long says one thing and does another. Based on what Billy Long has told voters in conservative circles, he has no business in your child's school. Of course, Billy Long doesn't believe his own rhetoric.
