Metrogate Witness Loses Job Less than a Week After Putting His Name on Billy Long Scandal

Voters don't seem to be questioning Billy Long's ethics. The negative campaign launched against him by the Eckersley campaign has failed to generate traction and appears to have been a setback for the Eckersley campaign who is still pushing the issue. According to a KOLR poll, Long now has a 33 point lead.

However, there are still some strange things occurring around the Metrogate allegations against Billy Long. Last Friday, the Eckersley campaign released a written statement from Robert Bush, who backed up Jennifer Case's story. Yesterday, in the middle of the day on a Thursday, Bush claims he was fired from his job from The Ramada Oasis Center in the middle of the day according to an Eckersley official. The official says Bush told them one customer complained about him, and he was let go.
