Scott Eckersley files FEC Complaint and Department of Justice Complain Over E-Mail

Springfield, MO 29th October 2010: The Eckersley campaign drafted a letter of complaint to the Federal Election Commission and the Department of Justice in response to the fraudulent email sent Friday claiming Eckersley’s withdrawal from the 7th District Congressional race.

Attached is the complaint letter.

New information regarding the fraudulent email and the parties responsible continues to develop, and new information is expected to materialize over the next couple of days.
