Obama and the Lion King: Is There a Freudian Slip Here (King Obama)

Obama used clips from Disney's "The Lion King" yesterday to jab at Donald Trump and the birthers.



It almost appears like Obama released his birth certificate, or something resembling a birth certificate, so he would have material for last night's White House Correspondents' Dinner. The joke may have a Freudian Slip. Obama used a clip from "The Lion King" joking it was a a video of his birth.

In the video, the future king, Simba, is raised above all the animals and the animals bow down. Isn't this symbolic of the Obama administration. After all, if he can't get a bill passed, Obama bucks the checks and balances of the Constitution, and like tyrannical king, he takes it upon himself to have his lords (cronies who are czars and cabinet members) enforce what Obama wants. Obama's EPA's regulation on carbon dioxide is the perfect example of this.

Deep down inside we know Obama wants to be seen as a king, which is what this video portrays.
