Nancy Pelosi Thanks George W. Bush for His Efforts to Capture Osama Bin Ladin

When Obama was done speaking on Sunday night, it was clearly about Obama. Obama was the reason Osama Bin Ladin was dead. Obama said I 11 times in a nine minute speech, and he forgot to thank George W. Bush for his efforts in trying to capture Osama Bin Laden. For nine minutes, our Republic nearly forget Obama was against the waterboarding that finally brought justice for the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Our Republic nearly forgot about Obama desiring to give members of Al Qaeda Constitutional rights to stand trial in our back yards.  Remember, Obama wanted to run from the problem rather than address often attacking the leadership that eventually took up to kill Osama.

Well tonight, on prominent Democrat has called Bush up to offer thanks for his efforts. Nancy Pelosi called the former president up this evening.

“I wanted him to know the appreciation that many of us have in a bipartisan way ... that his role was important," she said.

While all of this seems very nice, we must remember Nancy Pelosi approved of the interrogation techniques originally before she started to speak out against them and Mr. Bush. These same interrogation techniques are the reason America celebrates the death of Osama Bin Laden.
