$4 a Gallon Gas Expected This Week Across the United States

The price of a barrel of oil has risen over $5 a barrel over the last week or so. It is not at $113 a gallon, and since most of the country was looking a $3.85 a gallon last week, one would expect today's news to push the average cost over $4 a gallon.
