Where's Billy Long?: More Recess Time, but No Town Hall Meetings

Billy Long is another House recess. (I believe this is his third since starting the job in January.) Gee he gets a lot of time off as he earns over $14,000 a month that is confiscated from your paychecks in the form of income taxes. Amazing he says he doesn't have time to join the Tea Party Caucus.

So what is Congressman Long doing with all of his time, because he isn't doing town hall meetings like other Congressmen who are accountable to their districts and their constituents?
