Despite the Rain Continuing, Water Level at the Finley River Bridge Recedes

New video filmed at Ozark's Finley River Bridge shows the water has receded about eight inches. Earlier today, water was going over the lower steel girders. Now the water has lowered despite the increase in rain. It appears more water is expanding outwards over the banks to accomodate the lowering near the bridge.

Spectators have been photographing the flood throughout the day, and traffic continues to pick up with onlookers.
