The amazing force of running water is on display tonight in Ozark, Missouri. As the flood of 2011 begins to recede the damage begins to appear. Ozark's McCracken Road hasn't survived the storm. The water uplifted and moved large sheets of asphalt off its concrete base. Other parts of the asphalt buckled and cracked as well.
The water is now two or so feet below the bridge, but the currents going over the dam are still dangerous. More rain is expected throughout the week.
