Video: The Easter Flood 2011, Finley River, Ozark, Missouri

Another boat dock had broken lose on the Finley River. One had battled the Finley River bridge the earlier in the morning and had been lodged against the bridge thanks to the force of the water. I ran over on the bridge to catch the dock floating down the river just moments before it collided with the other dock and then screeched under the bridge against the metal. Unfortunately, my battery gave out on me before the collision.

It has rained many days straight across the United States, and Ozark, Missouri, is a community dealing with the flooding from the storms. The Finley River is well above its banks, closing the bridge to traffic as water floods the park and the road that leads to downtown Ozark.
