Flood Video from Ozark, Missouri as the Finley River Rises

The river has now reached the bottom steel girders of the Finley River Bridge. Empire Electric crews are watching the bridge very carefully now (not sure why state and county highway officials aren't on the scene). Two boat docks have crashed into the bridge as of this morning and one is still lodged against the bridge.

Southwest Missouri is expected to get another three to four inches of rain.
