The Apple iPhone is now Playing Big Brother

Ironic, the same Apple Computers that brought you this...

is now playing Big Brother. If you own an Apple iPhone, it is reporting the location of wherever you roam, and I am not talk about your roaming plan. I am talking about GPS coordinates of all the places you have been synced to a database.

Why is this important to know? Well, because Barack Obama doesn't believe in the Fourth Amendment, and he probably doesn't believe in the Fifth Amendment either. Early in his administration Obama stated the federal government should be able to track Americans using their cell phones because people who use cell phones give up any reasonable right to privacy. I wonder if we are allowed the same access to Obama's super secret special Blackberry that was developed with super security especially for him?

Apple hasn't released any warning labels and there appears to be no users agreement that most people don't read as they agree to use the technology. Apple and Steve Jobs is obviously the new face of Big Brother. It will be interesting to see how, like their competitor Google, they begin working with the federal government.
