A battle between the Beatles and Apple is over. Apple was allowed use of the Apple name trademarked by the Beatles on the condition the stayed out of the music business. Of course that didn't happen. Thus it slowed dow. the Beatles catalog from appearing on iTunes. Today for the first time ever, you can download the Beatles on Apple's iTunes for $1.29 a song.
