Senator Elect Rand Paul Says Military Spending Must be Cut, and He is Right

Rand Paul is going to try to push the GOP into new territory. I have a feeling the GOP Congress, who claims they are serious about cutting spending, will fight him kicking and screaming. Paul said the problem is Republicans double the debt when they are in charge and Democrats triple it.

Rand Paul says Defense Spending needs a 1/3 off the top cut. He is right. Currently the United States spends 46% of the world's total military spending. Paul also said Social Security, Medicare and other entitlements should be on the table.
