Rachel Maddow Exhibits the Lunacy of Liberalism in Rant Over Keith Olbermann's Departure
Rick, I mean Rachel Maddow gave us a full display of the lunacy of liberalism the past 24 hours. That is, she blamed someone else for the problems at MSNBC that led to the departure of Keith Olbermann. Olbermann became the victim of all that is unfair, and this is the defining example of liberalism. It's the same mentality that I pointed out Sarah Steelman and Billy Long used to complain about bloggers who questioned Long's character and his qualifications recently in Missouri 7. All Billy Long's problems weren't the results of bloggers, they were the result of Billy Long, just like Olbermann's dismissal had nothing to do with Fox News.
Instead of saying Keith Olbermann broke the rules stated clearly in his contract, and hoping for the best to come out of this situation, Maddow rants about how unfair it is that FOX News pundits get to play in the big political arena and MSNBC pundits don't. Without any examination of contracts and what took place in pre-production meetings, Maddow just instantly assumes Olbermann was a victim and FOX news is a bully. Seriously, what did FOX News have with any of this other than keeping viewers away from MSNBC with coverage more Americans approve of.
That's FOX News's only part in this. They have viewers. Keith Olbermann didn't. Yet, Maddow beautifully exhibits why liberalism is truly a mental disease. She just rants. Nothing more, nothing less, and to her it's just unfair. Like I said earlier, it's sad we now have people calling themselves Republicans who are engaging in similar behavior, like Sarah Steelman and Billy Long.
This is a great example of liberalism--the victim card. You won't see it any finer than how Maddow expresses it, blaming everyone else but the person who broke the rules, Keith Olbermann.
