John Boehner: Republicans are "Serious About Fixing Entitlement Programs"
In one breath he says the United States is broke, and in another he says Republicans are "serious about fixing entitlement programs." Good grief, is this the Republican Congress we elected? Fix failed Franklin Roosevelt and Lyndon B. Johnson social entitlement programs that have created more debt, increased government dependence, and created more poverty? Is Boehner serious?
Why can't we phase these programs out? He says we are broke, and I agree. So why not get rid of them if we can't afford them.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is the new leader of the new neo-con revolution. Fix means maintain when it comes to the federal government, and often it comes with more government. I hope the TEA Parties are paying attention.
Of course, you know this all started with a question about Obamacare. I have been warning you that Republicans are promising to replace Obamacare, which means more government in one form or another, just not as much as Democrats provide. I am guessing fix means Obamacare too, and that's not exactly in par with repeal. I am getting very nervous now these clowns are in power. Obamacare needs to be repealed and these federal saftey nets that are broken need to be phased out. They are unconstitutional.
Then of course he goes into the repeal and then comes the word replace. He says he will see this bill will never take effect, but when you listen to the new Republican elected in Missouri 7 talk up parts of Obamacare, you have to wonder what the Republicans are really thinking. Listen to Republican Billy Long talk about his Republican vision for healthcare and compare it to what you know about Obamacare. There's some major similarities. It needs to be noted Billy Long is on record with a local radio show claiming he will do what the Republican leadership tells him to do and received money from John Boehner's PAC.
