Taney County, Missouri Clerk Donna Neeley Will Keep Office Open on Veterans Day With Double Time Paid to Employees in Comp Time

Breaking News from former Congressional Candidate Bob Schanz. While state and federal offices will be closed on Thursday to honor Veterans, the Taney County Clerk has announced they will be open despite it being a federal holiday. Schanz said the office is behind and will be paid comp time, which equates to double time. The employees will get two days off in return for working on Veterans Day.

Schanz says he is insulted that on the day that we should be honoring veterans, the county clerk's office is catching up for their own inefficiencies and then tax payers get hit again later with this double time scheme. Schanz says this is not right.
