Phone Interview with Scott Eckersley on Election Day: Voter Turnout Heavy in Springfield, Missouri

Scott Eckersley says there's a huge turnout for today's election. In a phone interview, Eckersley says he's optimistic and believes he will win this evening. He reminds voters to get out and vote, saying the results will be close this evening and both candidates are going to need a good turnout.

Eckersley says he has spoken directly with over 200 people and he just finished voting himself. He is currently talking with voters at the Library Center.
