Republican Voter Shares Voting Experience in Southwest Missouri: Votes for Scott Eckersley

A lifetime Republican and member of the YOUNG Conservatives has reported from polls in the Springfield, Missouri. Chuck Knight of Springfield, Missouri says he voted for Scott Eckersley this time around, and couldn't come to terms with Billy Long representing the district in Congress. Knight sent this report after voting:

I just got back from the polls. 8-10 people is the most I ever saw at my polling place at one time until today. There were 75-85 when I got there at 9:30. When I was done at about 10:45 the line hadn't changed at all. It moved a little slow due to the new system. They scan your driver license & a label is then printed & attached to the book where you sign. In the old system they looked you up in the book manually where you then sign.
