Voting Problems in Missouri: Electronic Online Voter Records Problem at Polls

Robin Carnahan, the state's chief election officer, is also running for US Senate. Could there be a connection with the voting problems in Missouri and Carnahan's Senate aspirations. We are looking to find out if it's Democratic or Republican counties that are having issues.
