The Black Panthers are at it again this year, ready to cause chaos at local polling stations in Philadelphia. The man was handing out ballots that promoted Democrats at the local polling station before voters walked in the door. The closeness of this man to the front door of the polls indicates a possible violation of federal election laws, yet election judges according to Fox News 29 reported no problems with the man.
